  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. In a bowl, combine diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and lime juice to make the salad.
